I like your thoughts about a voyeurism scenario. You got it very right that it is the elaborate preparations that would make a difference. That's what would make it erotic and real. For that matter, I'd rather see 10 minutes of a housewife out of the bath, puttering around, feeling pretty, preparing for playing with herself, locking the door, fumbling for the batteries, etc, than I'd want to see 10 minutes more of the actual action.
As to the cold spaghetti and puking girls, uhm, maybe not my cup of tea.
