Normally, if I find it in a site that actually has something at least vaguely to do with it, or it is a blog, I'll give the reference. But sometimes I find stuff in collections of random stuff people have uploaded, as in this case. So, sorry, I don't know where you can find more like it. It is Japanese, I'm sure, judging by the style and the little Hello Kitty thing hanging off her gun, so there are probably many places to look.
