She's edited, not infibulated. Somewhere out there on the net are other shots from the same photoshoot, same black coat, same rocks and background, and she has normal labia, with two simple piercings. Someone's photoshopped out the two studs visible from the piercings and added a wavy line to look as if she's been infibulated.
