I thought it kind of could be real. She wouldn't necessarily mind showing her right boob, which is the one with the piercing. The most unlikely part would really be that Disneyland would allow it.

That was an absolutely fantastic photoshop job there! The whole arm, the boob, the flowers where the arm used to be - extremely well done.
