The "Kussomat" is a photo booth where you anonymously can take a picture of your pussy, and thereby contribute to a collection of pictures that show that female sex organs look very, very different.

Too many photos of the female sex organs that you find on the net are pornographic. The pornographic pussy is trying to adhere to some particular ideals: It needs to be symmetrical, and have ultra-small labia - and of course it needs to be hairless.

Many women think they look wrong in that region, if they don't live up to the porn ideal. We would like to change that! Therefore we intend to build a collection of photos that show the multitude of pussies. They might be symmetrical, asymmetrical, have large or small labia and clitorises, and of course they can have a variety of hair coverings.

Together with a group of design students we have developed and built a photo booth, specially designed to take pictures of the pussy. The Kussomat is set up as a cozy little room with a chair in the middle. In the chair an opening has been cut out and in the floor we have placed a camera. With a self timer one can take a photo, showing just the pussy. The photos from the Kussomat will be uploaded to this site...
