I've found that confusion about those differences play out in many of the conflicts people experience in their sexual-romantic relationships, no matter what their ages or kinds of relationships.

First, some clarification about what I mean by each term. "Hook-Up Sex" refers to just plain f***ing; that is, a purely physical encounter. "Marital Sex" is the kind of sex life that most committed couples tend to have -- married or not, straight or gay. And "Making Love" is a different kind of experience that transcends both of the other two kinds.

That is, the three kinds of sexual relationships occur on different planes, different levels of integration between your physical, animal being, and your relational and spiritual beings. The kind of sexual life you have - and its conflicts - are embedded in the overall relationship you learn and how you "practice" it with your partner...

Facesitting, also known as queening, is a sexual practice in which one partner sits on or over the other's face, typically to allow or force oral-genital or oral-anal contact, or to further ass worship or body worship. It is common for this position to form part of BDSM, involving dominance and submission, though this need not be the case. Within a BDSM or D/S context, facesitting can be an especially intense form of erotic humiliation.

Facesitting is common among dominant and submissive individuals, for demonstrating superiority and for sexual gratification. It is also practiced by couples for cunnilingus where the woman kneels over the man, and sits on his upper chest rather than face.

Unlike smothering, in facesitting the bottom partner is not deprived of air.

The full-weight body-pressure, moisture, sex odors and darkness can be perceived as powerful sexual attractions or compulsions. The person sat upon may be in bondage, sexually submissive, or simply held down by the body-weight of the other person. Sometimes special furniture is used, such as a smotherbox or queening stool.

A queening stool is a low seat which fits over the submissive's face and contains an opening to allow oral-genital and/or oral-anal stimulation of the domme while seated. In modern BDSM vernacular, the queening stool allows open access to the crotch while seated. The position allows the pelvic floor muscles (PFM) to relax and therefore partly exposing the labia minora to intimate touch. The gluteus maximus, levator ani and puborectalis or sphincter recti muscles, the major muscles of the crotch, can relax and sag allowing easy access to the rectum. The queening stool is also related to a "smotherbox," which also allows the person under the seat to be locked in place, restrained by the neck as in a set of stocks.

1/ Attraction
When a mommy and a daddy love each other very much, the neurons of the ventral tegmentum start producing the neurotransmitter dopamine and pumping it to the caudate nucleus, the hypothalamus, and other brain regions. High levels of dopamine can induce the release of testosterone, which is associated with a drive to make babies.

2/ Arousal
For daddies, physical and/or visual arousal can cause the neurotransmitter nitric oxide to be released by the autonomic nervous system. The chemical boosts the blood flow into the corpora cavernosa—the spongy tubes in the penis. As they inflate, the veins that would normally drain the blood are squeezed shut.
