 
Some people have a fetish for female rubber masks. See this gallery. A lot of people, apparently. They might have different masks, and the masks might have different personalities, and they wear them around town and take pictures. Some of them are cross-dressers (CD), i.e men who dress up as women. I'm not sure if most of them are, but women seem to be doing it too.
